Over the last fifteen years I have layered on to that the ability to build omni channel media strategies through an understanding of the consumer and the business challenge, and execution that effectively delivers business KPI’s. I am a driver of change through innovation within both organizations and teams, navigating my business through the evolving consumer and media landscape.

At Optimum, I oversaw the day to day media strategy & execution of a $200M+ media budget. Paramount to this was my leadership of our agency teams, whose output was my responsibility. One of the key ways I advanced Optimum’s capabilities is through innovation in the digital space & development of a technology stack, building platforms like the DMP & CDP and future-proofing our strategies for the changing landscape.
In the Numbers
One of my focus areas was advancing Optimum’s measurement capabilities to help understand the return on marketing investment, through the use of mix modeling, brand health measurement, & KPI analysis.
